To help us manage the scheme and to make sure all customers are treated fairly, there's a limit of 30,000 Clubcard points (£300 in Clubcard vouchers) for each collection period. The collection period is the time between each of your Clubcard statements – you should get these in February, May, August, and November.
From time to time, we may run promotions offering more than 30,000 Clubcard points which will result in your points balance exceeding the above mentioned limit. On such occasions, you will be unable to request vouchers instantly and all of your vouchers will be delivered in your next Clubcard statement.
We recommend receiving your statement by email rather than by post, to avoid your Clubcard vouchers getting lost in the post.
