If you've lost an item in-store, all lost property is logged at the Customer Service Desk, so please check there. To claim an item of lost property, you'll need to show a form of photographic ID.
If you think you've lost a bank card in one of our stores, please check with the Customer Service Desk as soon as you can, as we only keep the cards until the end of the next day. After this, we destroy them for security reasons.
