If your Whoosh order contains any age-restricted items (including but not limited to tobacco, alcohol, knives, or razors), proof of age will be requested, regardless of your age. The courier will then record your date of birth and deliver the goods. Please get one of the following valid forms of identification ready to prove you’re over 18:
- Passport
- Photocard driving licence
- Proof of age card bearing the PASS hologram
- Ministry of Defence Form 90 (Defence Identity Card)
If proof of age is not available and/or there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods will not be delivered to you. We reserve the right to retain the delivery charge and the cost of any perishable items. We’ll refund you the price you paid for any non-perishable items.
