F&F in-store purchases
If you've changed your mind about your F&F clothing purchase within 30 days of purchase, you can return your product at any Tesco Extra or Tesco Superstore. Please bring your proof of purchase to receive a full refund or exchange. The product must clearly be unworn except for what it reasonable to establish fit, in a sellable condition, and returned as sold in its original, undamaged packaging, with the tags still attached. This includes all clothing and underwear products.

Our 1-year quality guarantee for school uniforms
We offer a 1-year quality guarantee for all school uniform products, including school shoes.
If you're not happy with the quality of your school uniform product, return it in-store within 1 year of purchase.
Please bring proof of purchase and return the product to any Tesco Extra or Tesco Superstore, to receive an exchange or refund.
The guarantee excludes coats, accessories and school essentials such as socks, tights and underwear.
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects and workmanship for a maximum of 1 year from the date of purchase.
The following are excluded from the terms and conditions of the guarantee: accidental damage, deliberate damage or misuse, normal ageing or wear and tear, loss of or damage to accessories, damaged caused by foreign objects or substances not normally associated with the shoes or item of clothing, and any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the garments or shoes.
This guarantee is only valid upon the presentation of a dated proof of purchase. Upon examination of the product by Tesco, if it’s found that there is a defect in material or workmanship, and the defect was not caused by an exception outlined above, Tesco will replace the product. If no longer available, a similar product or a full refund.
Your legal rights are not affected.
