If you need to return your purchase or you're not happy with the quality of the product, you can return it in-store. We'll offer you a refund or exchange. Please bring your proof of purchase and if possible, return it to the same store you purchased it from.
If you purchased the item from a Tesco Express, you can return it at any Tesco store. If you purchased it from a Tesco Extra or Tesco Superstore, it can only be returned to an Extra or Superstore.
If you purchased the item from a GetGo store (only available in selected locations), please follow the instructions within the GetGo section in the Tesco app.
Please note, our stores will no longer accept change of mind returns on chilled and frozen products, unless you have your receipt. The receipt proves the refund is less than 20 minutes since purchase. Our in-store colleagues can confirm the chilled/frozen item has only been out of the correct temperature for a maximum of 20 minutes. You can still return other perishable food products if they're returned within their 'use by' or 'best before' date.
