You may have different addresses on your account for different reasons.
We use your Clubcard address to contact you if you’ve chosen to have statements or vouchers sent in the post. Your delivery address is the default option for Home Delivery orders.
You may need to confirm it’s you to change your Clubcard address. You won’t need to do this for delivery addresses.
Updating your address at Tesco.com
- Sign in and go to the ‘Personal details’ page of your account.
- Choose an address to edit or add a new delivery address.
- If you’re changing your Clubcard address, you’ll go to Account verification. Choose whether to get a 6-digit code by text or phone call and select ‘Get code now’. Type in the code and you’ll be able to change this address.
Updating your address in the Tesco app
- First, sign in. On the top-right of the homepage, select the person icon for your ‘Account’ page.
- Select ‘Personal details’.
- Choose an address to edit or add a new delivery address.
