Here’s how to opt in and out of Tesco marketing.
Updating preferences at Tesco.com
- Sign in and go to ‘My account’.
- Go to ‘Details and preferences’ and select ‘Marketing preferences’.
- Select yes or no for ‘Opt in to marketing?’, then ‘Save preferences’.
Updating preferences in the Tesco app
- First, sign in. On the top-right of the homepage, select the person icon for your ‘Account’ page.
- Select ‘Marketing preferences’.
- Switch the toggle on or off next to ‘Receive marketing offers or promotions...’.
To opt out of marketing emails, select ‘Unsubscribe’ at the bottom of any email from us. If you unsubscribe, you can’t opt back in.
There are some communications we have to send you. These are Clubcard statements and vouchers, and emails about your orders. But you can choose to get digital vouchers and coupons. Find out how in our article on statement preferences.
